Who we are
This website is operated by Room Additions Los Angeles, a DBA of Bartona Builders, 81-93 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91105. You can reach us at [email protected] or (626) 726-3989.
What we collect
When you submit an estimate request we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, project ZIP code, project type, and any details you choose to add. We also record which page the request came from so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
Our forms are processed by Formspree, which handles the submission and delivers it to us by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
What we do with it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. That's it. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with lead brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are retained for up to two years and then deleted. Records relating to work we actually performed are kept as long as required for contractual, warranty, licensing and tax purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say what is collected before that happens.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts. The map on our contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap. Each of these receives a request from your browser when you load the relevant page.
Your rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to request correction. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframe the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date at the top.
